Brenda Godfrey is a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Sedgwick and practices in the areas of product liability and insurance. Ms. Godfrey began her legal career in Georgia and moved back to her home state of Florida in 2008. Ms. Godfrey routinely litigates in the areas of asbestos litigation, toxic tort and product liability and has tried, managed, and settled numerous cases during her career.. Ms. Godfrey also represents vertical transportation service companies with litigation involving general liability, products liability, commercial matters and construction defect. Ms. Godfrey has concentrated her practice defending complex and high exposure cases throughout Florida state and Federal Courts.
