Oversee Operational and Associate Trainers on floor for training purposes. Train Associate trainers and regular associates, managment on new processes. The ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) system is used for our Training Department. Responsible for updating Warehouse Departmental procedures, Job Aids, QRG's, etc. Create data for training environment. Continue to work with Consultants/Engineers, Testers, IT and Operations with new processes to create procedures, training tools and complete training.
